The positivity way Ina May talks about breastfeeding and hearing about other women’s experiences is a wonderful way to prepare for your breastfeeding journey and to help build confidence and understanding. Breastfeeding is not always easy! But if it is important to you, it can be very worthwhile, and support is essential!
