While you hold your newborn, YOU deserve to be held, too.

With the dishes done, your dinner made, your feet in an herbal foot soak, and a calming positive presence to talk to, a postpartum doula is an important part of the village you deserve.

From the immediate cocoon of the first few postpartum weeks to the constant evolution and change of life with a growing baby, my postpartum support helps you and your family ease into this next chapter with an extra set of hands, a calming presence, and a caring, listening ear.

I centre the mother in my care, while helping the whole family adjust to life with a new baby. This looks different for every family, which is why I adapt to your needs on a day by day basis.

Holistic and reliable support that is both emotional and hands on can make your postpartum experience feel not only manageable, but enjoyable. With my support, you’ll have time to focus on your new baby, slow down, and allow yourself rest, leaving you feeling nourished and confident as you embark on this next chapter of motherhood.

Client Love

“I loved having Lauren in my home while I was newly postpartum. She is extremely friendly and supportive. Whether it was bringing me water while I was breastfeeding my son, grabbing groceries, cooking delicious and healthy food, or listening to my current struggles, she always made sure to put my needs first.

I felt comfortable to ask her for help based on what I needed that day. I looked forward to her support every week and while I’m no longer newly postpartum, I will definitely be having her back to help me meal prep.” -N

“Lauren has been an amazing support postpartum.

She has helped nourish our whole family with healthy home cooked meals, and also taken over a number of household tasks to relieve the burden on me as a breastfeeding mom.

She’s great with both my newborn and my toddler and is truly a gem to work with.

I wish I had her around for my firstborn!” -R.A
